You Can Change Your Mind
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, regardless of the reason, all you need to do for a refund or exchange is to bring the product back at your expenses within 30 days of purchase, like as sent, and with the invoice/sales receipt. This purchase should be complete like as shipped at the order and if any, together with the guarantee certificate and the manual.
In the case of invoices issued for corporate customers, the return or exchange can be processed only with the return invoice issued by the corporate.
Used, worn, deteriorated, damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.
